Yes, the IW25 is designed for easy installation in existing and new buildings. The unit fits between standard 406mm-spaced studs and screws directly into place. For new builds, it can sit neatly under the air return grill. While a trained electrician is needed for hardwiring (unless plugged into a wall outlet), on-site maintenance staff can manage most of the setup.

The IW25 Dehumidifier uses about 370W of power on average in typical conditions (27°C and 60% humidity). The actual power used will vary depending on how humid the space is and the area's size. For example, if it runs for about eight hours a day (30% utilisation) with electricity costing 9.69 cents per kWh, you're looking at around 29 cents a day to run it.
